Social Media manager We are seeking a passionate and creative content creator/Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices. This role will be crucial in building and maintaining a strong online presence for both our record label (and artists) and music licensing divisions, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and growth. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. Identify relevant industry trends, hashtags, and online communities. Collaborate with other departments to gather content ideas. 2. Content Creation & Curation: Produce high-quality, engaging social media content, including: Artist spotlights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage track previews, lyric videos, and live performance clips Creative visuals, graphics, and short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) Engaging captions, stories, and interactive content Curate relevant external content and user-generated content (UGC) for sharing. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all platforms. 3. Community Management: Actively engage with followers on all social media platforms. Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions. Build and nurture online communities around our artists and brands. Identify and participate in relevant online conversations and discussions. Monitor brand mentions and address any negative feedback or concerns. 4. Platform Optimization: Optimize social media profiles for search and discoverability. Leverage platform-specific features (e.g., Instagram Stories, TikTok Live) to maximize reach and engagement. Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform best practices. 5. Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic, follower growth). Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights to the marketing team. Use data to inform content strategy and identify areas for improvement. Stay Updated: Stay up to date of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Continuously research and experiment with new social media marketing tactics. Bonus Points: Experience in the muslim entertainment industry Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads). Knowledge of industry best practices.
