We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Community Manager to help build and nurture the online community behind an upcoming multimedia music project (think Hamilton, but set in the modern day, blending hip hop, mythology, and social impact). This is more than just an album — it’s a movement. The project’s mission is to spark cultural change through storytelling, and to bring together people who believe in building a more sustainable, humane, and non-partisan future. You’ll be responsible for: - Designing and executing a community growth strategy from scratch - Engaging potential fans and supporters across social platforms (IG, TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord) - Driving traffic to our core community hub (Patreon) - Helping create content that bridges the story, the music, and the mission - Supporting community interactions, conversations, and feedback loops - Collaborating on ideas for events, rewards, and ongoing engagement Ideal background: - Experience in online community management, audience development, or grassroots organizing - Strong grasp of social platforms and how to build engagement across them - Bonus if you’re a fan of hip hop, mythologies, social justice movements, or multimedia storytelling - Bonus if you’ve worked with mission-driven brands or helped grow early-stage creative communities This is a paid opportunity.
