We are an established and growing house of digital brands that targets the English-speaking audience in the US. We are looking for a talented Facebook Ad Campaign Optimizer to help us improve campaign performance for our traffic campaigns on an hourly basis. This role will primarily be improving our content marketing efforts on Facebook. This will be promoting our existing content via paid ads with the goal of maximizing qualified traffic to our websites. A high level of English fluency and experience with Western culture and slang is critical to success with this position. If you’re not able to create social media content that is indistinguishable from natives of the US this is not the right position for you. Working remotely, you will be responsible for: – Facebook campaign setup and strategy consultation – Optimizing and updating strategy of our creative to ensure maximum performance Requirements – HIghly experienced with large-scale Facebook traffic campaign management, especially with content promotion – Experience creating engaging and interesting Facebook ads – A creative mind that enjoys creating new ad images and promotion angles – Fluent written and spoken English (not negotiable) – Excellent communication and organizational skills – Experience using design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
