Company Overview: Beach 2U Rentals is a unique beach gear rental delivery service based in Maui, Hawaii. We provide vacationers with high-quality beach equipment, delivered straight to their chosen beach, ensuring a hassle-free experience. As we are in the beginning stages of launching the business, we are seeking a Digital Product Development Consultant to guide our team in optimizing and expanding our digital rental services for maximum conversion, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, bearing in mind that this is a start-up with a limited budget. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Development Consultant to provide guidance in optimizing and refining our digital service products. This role requires expertise in service-based digital product strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX), and pricing structures. The consultant will work closely with our leadership team to identify existing opportunities and create a strategy that will enhance our online booking platform, streamline customer experiences, and increase conversions. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate current digital rental service offerings and suggest improvements. Provide strategic guidance on optimizing online booking systems and customer workflows. Advise on pricing models, bundling strategies, and revenue-maximizing techniques. Conduct data analysis to improve conversion rates and user engagement. Offer insights on market trends and competitive positioning within the travel and rental industry. Recommend A/B testing strategies and performance tracking methodologies. Collaborate with our team on UX/UI improvements and site functionality enhancements. Assist in integrating automation tools and digital marketing strategies to drive customer retention and acquisition. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in digital product development consulting, preferably in service-based industries. Strong background in e-commerce, particularly with WooCommerce and WordPress. Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX/UI best practices. Familiarity with booking systems, pricing models, and service-based revenue structures. Knowledge of web analytics, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience consulting for travel, tourism, or rental service businesses. Understanding of SEO, email funnels, and digital marketing strategies.
