Looking for a Sr Hubspot consultant to step in and work with my small team on an upcoming project. I am working on a B2B high velocity funnel and we are heavy handed on analytics. Looking to work with a consultant who is like minded as "analytics-first". The data that comes out to take action is just as, if not more important that the process and system. We know exactly what we need with pinpoint precision for tracking and information out. We need help / advisement from someone with deep technical understanding who is up to speed with latest and greatest Hubspot capabilities. Team Background I have a small team of A players in Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure and analytics. Looking to pull in someone into this cohort who is a Hubspot ace. The right fit is someone who understands the process is built to fit a mode of working that is truly data driven. Project Specifics: Some key points of project where relevant skills and experience needed. To get the conversation going lets work up quote for what is known in project and then we can work agile and expand scope. This is setup where you have flexibility to work on your time. I also have multiple clients but consistency and reliability are key. I want to work with someone who works in Hubspot nearly full time either as employment or consultant. - Working with me to quickly get to speed and understand what is there/ not there that we need. - Prioritize leads based on different attributes (time). Currently sales rep has to keep many tabs with list views to understand funnel intake. We are accustomed to a score / prioritization across multiple attributes. Presumably this lead score / decay model. We may have to create new attributes to help make this valuable and help connect sales pain point and needs where they use list views across many tabs to try and ensure nothing slips between cracks and also properly segment. - Stamping data points as deals move through key stages of process (potentially add stages if needed). Set Up Workflows to Stamp Dates so we have immutable points in time that we can count and report on. - Ensuring we capture 1:many relationships between form fills and distinct contact / business. Each form fill should be a new activity because first in / last in and that U-Shaped funnel will be important. - Adding new hidden fields to be added to Hubspot form - We can add JS to posh data to those forms - Testing / validation best practice - Not sure yet if customer has enterprise to get a sandbox and not sure this is setup at all. We will have to figure out to gather a good way to test if they are rudimentary.
