Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Professional Fundraiser with experience in political campaigns to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Southern California, have a strong track record of raising funds in competitive races. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy Organize and manage donor outreach, including call time, email campaigns, and in-person events Identify and cultivate major donors Track fundraising progress and report regularly to campaign leadership Coordinate with finance team to ensure compliance with campaign finance laws and reporting requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in political fundraising (local, state, or federal campaigns) Strong network of donors and fundraising contacts, especially in California Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet aggressive fundraising goals
