HubSpot Expertise for Small Business

Hi, We are a small eldercare firm that takes care of clients in their homes and in our adult day care facility. We use HubSpot now but are looking to expand our use and integrate it into our business processes. In the beginning, we are looking for someone to: 1. Gather our requirements to run the entire sales process on HubSpot for our multi-division organization. Hopefully, this requirements gathering could occur at our office in Fort Lee NJ. 2. Configure our HubSpot instance based on these requirements, including dashboards, and GSuite integrations. 3. Train our head of sales one-on-one on how to navigate her day using HubSpot. 4. Write step-by-step instructions that the sales person can reference whenever she needs to do something in the system (add a contact, set a follow up, contact an entire group, etc..). A few months after the initial project above, we would like an expert to help us integrate HubSpot with RingCentral, including RingCentral's AI note taking capabilities. Later, we're looking for custom integrations between HubSpot and our scheduling systems. These could be hourly paid efforts depending on your recommendation and availability.
