SEO expert needed for Google SEO for streaming video webpage app

We are looking for a SEO expert to fix issues that we found in our Google Search Console after submitting our sitemap. We have lots of videos (over80) on our webpage and the thumbnail links for these are not referenced in our sitemap so we need someone to do that for us as well as a a few other minor issues to correct. Also, we need advise on ways to get better ranking for our site and for the next three months have someone guide us through actionable steps to achieve good ranking. Candidate must be able to manually code HTML and PHP coding is a plus. Also show all relevant work experience and Linkedin profile. The work will be divided into sections with the first step fixing the current Google SEO console issues.
