You won’t just be creating posts – you’ll be leading the entire process from strategy to execution. We need someone who can: - Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals. - Lead content creation, including planning, storytelling, and coordinating with designers and video specialists. - Take charge of post scheduling, ensuring consistent, impactful content across platforms. - Coordinate and oversee video production that aligns with social media strategies. - Collaborate with our design team to produce visually engaging content. - Analyze performance data, create reports, and make strategic adjustments to maximize engagement and ROAS. - Stay on top of social media trends and implement innovative ideas. The Role: Part-time: 10-15 hours per month to start, with potential for more. Oversee and manage all aspects of social media strategy and execution. Create content calendars, campaign strategies, and manage the entire content lifecycle. Partner with designers, video creators, and paid ad specialists to ensure cohesive, high-impact content. Report on performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to refine strategies. Your Skills: - Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management. - Deep understanding of consumer behavior and platform-specific engagement techniques. - Skilled at collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-quality, results-driven content. - Excellent organizational skills to manage scheduling and reporting. - Data-savvy with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. - Passionate about social media, staying ahead of trends and algorithm changes. - Proven experience collaborating with UGC content creators and influencers to develop authentic, engaging content that aligns with brand objectives. - Ability to source, vet, and build relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging. Skilled at integrating UGC and influencer content into comprehensive social media strategies. - Experience managing campaigns that include influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand voice and values. Proficient at tracking the performance and ROI of influencer and UGC campaigns, providing clear reporting and insights.
