Job Overview We are seeking a PR & Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand our brand partnerships and drive affiliate collaborations as part of our pre-launch strategy. The primary responsibility of this role will be to secure top-tier fashion and beauty brands that align with our audience, helping to fuel our Skimlinks approval process and future revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Recruitment: Identify and onboard fashion and beauty brands for affiliate partnerships. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with brand representatives to secure ongoing collaborations. Pitching & Strategy: Leverage exclusive industry partnerships to attract brands and position our magazine as a disruptive media force. Affiliate Optimization: Track brand commitments, monitor sales performance, and optimize partnership strategies for growth. Editorial Integration: Collaborate with content and marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and engagement. Pre-Launch Growth: Support the Skimlinks approval process by building a robust network of engaged affiliate brands. Qualifications Proven experience in PR, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships within the fashion and beauty industry. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with an understanding of affiliate networks like Skimlinks. Ability to think creatively and develop strategic, disruptive brand collaborations.
