I need an expert who can step in immediately to identify and resolve the core issues. This is not a setup-from-scratch job. The Shopify store is live with a curated product catalog, clean branding, and proper structure. What I need now is someone who understands GMC policy in depth — especially around misrepresentation suspensions — and can help get this store back online. Your Role: Audit the current GMC account and Shopify setup Identify the specific misrepresentation triggers (content, data, shipping, brand trust signals, etc.) Fix whatever is causing the issue — including theme edits, metadata, policy language, or feed structure Rebuild trust signals (store policies, contact info, about page, etc.) if needed Prep a strong, final appeal or help with a new GMC account if recovery isn’t possible Advise on best practices to prevent future suspensions Requirements: Proven experience resolving misrepresentation suspensions in GMC Deep knowledge of Shopify and Google Shopping feeds Strong understanding of Google’s e-commerce policies, including what causes trust-related flags Ability to move quickly and communicate clearly — no chasing or hand-holding Nice to Have: Experience with dropshipping stores and compliance-related best practices Familiarity with Shopify apps like AutoDS, DSers, or Feedonomics Understanding of structured data / schema markup To apply, please include: Examples of misrepresentation suspensions you’ve resolved Your availability over the next few days Your approach for diagnosing and appealing suspensions like this This is a high-priority short-term project.
