Job Title: SEO Specialist for New Speech-Language Pathology Website – Remote Job Description: KCB Play Institute, a newly launched Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) practice, is looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to help improve our website’s visibility and organic search rankings. Our website, www.kcbplayinstitute.com, currently appears in search results when searched by name, but not by relevant business type or services. Your job is to change that. We’re seeking a results-driven expert to optimize the website, build an SEO strategy, and help us reach families looking for SLP services online. Responsibilities: Perform a complete SEO audit of our new website Research and identify high-impact keywords related to pediatric speech-language pathology Optimize all on-page SEO elements: meta titles/descriptions, headers, image tags, internal linking, etc. Improve technical SEO including mobile optimization, page speed, and structured data Build a strategic backlink and local SEO plan Provide recommendations for SEO-friendly content (blog, service pages, FAQs) Set up and/or manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools Deliver a clear SEO roadmap with measurable milestones Requirements: At least 5 years of SEO experience, preferably with new or healthcare-related websites Fluent in U.S. English – excellent written communication is a must Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, Google Search Console, etc. Experience working independently in a remote setting Bonus: Familiarity with speech-language pathology or child-focused healthcare services Project Type: Remote Freelance / Contract Initial audit and setup with potential for long-term collaboration About Us: KCB Play Institute is a growing Speech-Language Pathology practice focused on helping children and families thrive through personalized, evidence-based care.
