Position Overview We are seeking an elite PPC Account Manager who is not only highly competent but also thrives in competitive advertising landscapes. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid search strategies, specifically within the healthcare industry or with extensive high-budget PPC experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with our current PPC team to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and scale advertising efforts for healthcare organizations and other high-demand verticals. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize highly targeted PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms. Strategize and manage ad budgets with precision, ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing conversions. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance ad performance. Create, test, and refine compelling ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures. Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with Google Ads policies, healthcare advertising regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC campaigns with SEO, content marketing, and overall digital strategies. Provide detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably managing campaigns in the healthcare industry or handling high-budget accounts. Proven track record of delivering strong, measurable results in PPC advertising. Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Strong understanding of healthcare organizations, their services, and industry-specific compliance regulations. Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), landing page testing, and A/B testing. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Google Ads Certification(s) preferred. Why Join Us?
