Learn more here: https://www.reimaginetalentco.com Role Overview We’re looking for a Strategic Sales & Partnerships Consultant with a strong relationship sales background and a deep understanding of the HR/talent development space. In this role, you will partner directly with the CEO to shape and execute our growth strategy. This includes advising on positioning and go-to-market strategy, developing and strengthening referral and sponsorship channels, and identifying strategic opportunities for visibility and engagement in the industry. You’ll be both a strategist and a doer—comfortable thinking big picture and rolling up your sleeves to implement the day-to-day details. Key Responsibilities - Advise the CEO on sales strategy, partnership development, and brand positioning - Build and manage systems to support lead generation and client relationship management (including CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) -Identify and pursue strategic event sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and business community engagements to elevate visibility -Develop referral program strategies and deepen relationships with client and partner networks -Generate fresh, relevant ideas for reaching HR/talent decision-makers across industries -Support proposal development, client targeting, and customized outreach campaigns -Monitor key sales metrics and pipeline progress -Champion Reimagine Talent’s mission, values, and voice in all communications and interactions Ideal Candidate -Proven experience in relationship sales, preferably in the human capital, HR, learning & development, or consulting sectors -Knowledge of the vendor/contractor landscape and experience reaching decision-makers in mid-size to enterprise organizations -Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital tools for pipeline and contact management -Strong strategic thinking skills paired with the ability to execute details and follow through -Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating a fast-paced, start-up environment -Excellent communication skills and a high standard of integrity and ethics -Passion for talent development, workplace culture, and equity-driven business practices Contract Details -This is a contract role with potential to become part-time after six months of strong performance/business growth. -Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Commission will be offered and discussed during finalist stage. -Selected individual may join business aligned conferences, events, and client business meetings as/where needed. -Selected individual will be required to join an all-team meeting in New York or North Carolina this Summer, TBD and a potential other meeting in November 2025 or Feb 2026, TBD.
