In this role, you will: - Cultivate multiple client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and seamless delivery - Develop a strong understand of client needs through a strategic intake of their business challenges and viable solutions - Produce thorough strategic briefs that offer a robust explanation of the clients’ business challenge, necessary solutions, timelines, budget and KPIs - Serve as the central liaison between clients and the team of marketing specialists - Ensure the team understands the clients’ business, produces deliverables in a timely manner and continues to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table - QA all project deliverables (e.g. online reviews, SEO, website landing pages, Google / FB Ads, etc.), ensuring they are “on brief” and meet client expectations - Advocate for client needs during creative reviews to help increase the likelihood of deliverables receiving client approval - Involved any many different marketing strategies daily, so there is no dull moment - Manage resources with efficiency - lead internal reviews, timely feedback loops from clients, flagging roadblocks, issues and delivery delays - Stay on top of marketing trends, emerging competitors, client pain points, etc. - Communicate website analysis and budget proposals to new leads as a part of your commission structure. - Meet with clients on Zoom / Google Meets to discuss their marketing performance monthly / quarterly Skills and requirements: - 1-2 years of client-side or agency experience is a PLUS - Team-management experience preferred - Sharp strategic skill set and business acumen - Stellar communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of SEO and SEM - Excellent writing skills - Curiosity, creativity, and client service orientation - Persuasive, self-starter and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality - Deadline-driven, analytical and process-oriented - High energy and a very positive mindset to influence others - Reliable Join us!
