We are a small remodeling company operating in the Seattle, WA market. Our services include basement remodeling, home additions, home remodeling, garage conversions, and similar projects. We promote our services through Thumbtack and Google Ads, which direct traffic to our landing page. We tried advertising on Yelp and Meta in the past, but most of the leads we received from those platforms were for low-budget services that do not meet our minimum project value. As a result, we discontinued advertising on those channels. We seek a consultation to help us identify weak points and untapped opportunities in our marketing strategy. We aim to improve our marketing efforts to generate more high-quality leads, increase conversion rates, and support continued business growth. In addition to online advertising, we are also interested in exploring offline marketing strategies. We’d like to develop creative and effective offline approaches that can complement our digital efforts and help us stand out in the local market. It is important for us that the marketing expert has a deep understanding and proven experience in the remodeling industry or the new home construction sector. We are seeking someone who can provide an initial strategic consultation and work with our internal marketing team on an ongoing basis. We need feedback on our actions, guidance on implementation, and mentorship to ensure we are moving in the right direction.
