Job description Title: Part-Time Social Media & Community Associate (Performance-Based) Type: Part-Time, hybrid (local to Chicago) Compensation: $500–$800/month base + performance bonuses About Us: We're building Approach, a new kind of dating app that makes it easier for people to connect in real life. We’re early-stage, bootstrapped, and passionate about creating something meaningful. We're looking for a creative and scrappy social media person to grow our presence and community online — and we want to reward results. What You'll Do: Develop a simple but clear social strategy (IG, TikTok, maybe Twitter) Create and schedule 3–4 posts/week per platform (video, stories, memes, text, etc.) Engage with comments, DMs, and tag mentions Track performance and growth Come up with fun ideas to get people talking about us Bonus Goals You Can Earn From: +$50/month if we gain 500+ real followers +$100/month if we hit 1,000+ +$75 if 500+ people visit our landing page from social +$50 for every viral post (5k+ organic views) +$100 for hitting content delivery targets (e.g., 12+ quality posts/month) You Might Be a Fit If You: Love social media (especially dating/lifestyle content) Know how to shoot/edit simple short-form videos (CapCut, TikTok) Understand Gen Z/Millennial online humor and voice Are comfortable taking initiative and trying new things Are organized enough to track goals and hit deadlines Why Join Us: Total flexibility — work when and where you want Big impact at an early stage Clear growth-based incentives (you grow, we grow) Opportunity for more hours and/or bonuses if it’s a great fit
