We are Lady Conceal, a fast-growing brand specializing in concealed carry purses, bags, and accessories. We’re currently looking to hire an experienced digital marketing professional to take over and manage our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising account on a monthly basis or train and coach our in-house staff. This job could also include Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads Management as well. What We’re Looking For: An expert in: • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) • TikTok Ads (Note: must comply with their ad guidelines – we promote theft-proof, concealed carry stylish bags, some or no firearm imagery) • Google Ads (Search & Shopping campaigns) Services Needed (Please quote separately): 2. Full Meta Ad Management • Strategy, setup, optimization & reporting • Monthly management of ad campaigns • Use of our 2 in-house team members to help create content as needed • Estimated Monthly Budget: $300 - $500 (we can discuss based on your recommendations) 3. Training & Guidance Only (Meta) • Coaching our in-house staff on running Meta ads effectively • Includes strategy, campaign structure, and content direction 4. Google Ads Management • Search and Shopping ads • Monthly management, optimization & reporting 5.
