Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HighLevel expert to take over responsibilities from our CEO, who no longer has the time to manage workflows and integrations. This role is for someone who can execute, educate, and empower our team to become more proficient in HighLevel. What You'll Be Doing: ✅ Workflow Creation & Activation – Build and optimize automated workflows, campaigns, and systems within HighLevel. You’ll also activate workflows provided by the team. ✅ Sub-Account Integrations – Seamlessly integrate HighLevel into multiple client sub-accounts for brands and businesses. ✅ Strategy & Innovation – Bring new ideas and automation strategies to improve our workflow efficiency and client success. ✅ Team Training & Knowledge Sharing – Teach and mentor other team members, ensuring they become proficient in HighLevel. ✅ Ongoing Support & Maintenance – This is a long-term position with consistent work, where you'll maintain and optimize HighLevel systems as we scale. Requirements: - Proven Experience with HighLevel (GoHighLevel) – You must have hands-on experience setting up and managing workflows, integrations, and automation. - Strategic Thinking & Initiative – We need someone who can proactively bring and execute ideas without constant oversight. - Strong Integration Skills – Must integrate HighLevel systems into multiple brands and client accounts seamlessly. - Ability to Teach & Train – You should be comfortable teaching others and helping the team become more proficient in HighLevel. - Looking for a Long-Term Role – We are exceptionally loyal to long-term staff and looking for someone who wants consistent, ongoing work.
