Commission-Based Marketer Needed to Grow Licensed Construction Company (Leads + Social Media)

I’m the owner of a fully licensed construction company based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, specializing in residential builds — especially for veterans, first responders, and people with disabilities. We are licensed in general contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more — offering full start-to-finish solutions. I’m looking for a commission-based digital marketer to help grow the business by promoting our services online, managing social media (mainly Facebook and Instagram), and building a simple website or landing page to showcase our work and capture leads. This is a commission-only role — you’ll earn 10% of each closed job you help bring in. No hourly or upfront pay.
