We're looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team and help execute proactive community outreach strategies on Instagram for our clients in the CPG space. This role will focus on daily engagement activities to grow our client's community, increase brand awareness, and foster meaningful connections with their target audience. Key Responsibilities Dedicate 2 hours daily to engaging on client Instagram accounts following directives from our in-house social strategist Execute proactive outreach including liking, commenting on, and saving relevant content within the client's niche Identify and interact with relevant influencers and potential brand advocates Reshare Instagram stories that mention or are relevant to the client's brand Monitor brand mentions and tags, responding appropriately and promptly Provide weekly reports on engagement activities and results Stay updated on Instagram best practices and algorithm changes Requirements Previous experience in social media and community management, preferably in the CPG industry Strong understanding of brand voice adaptation and consistency Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging comments that represent the brand appropriately Knowledge of Instagram features, best practices, and engagement tactics Detail-oriented with the ability to follow specific outreach directives Self-motivated with strong time management skills Available to work consistently during specified hours Nice to Have Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools Understanding of Instagram algorithm and how it prioritizes engagement Previous work with CPG brands or in related industries Experience nurturing online communities from the ground up Time Commitment This is a part-time role requiring 10 hours per week (2 hours per day, Monday-Friday).
