As a Part-Time Sales Manager at BlueWing, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new nonprofit clients. You will work closely with the Founder and our marketing team to develop and execute a sales strategy, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the nonprofit sector, understands digital marketing, and thrives in a consultative sales environment. Responsibilities - Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new nonprofit clients. - Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries. - Conduct discovery calls to understand nonprofit needs and present BlueWing’s services as solutions. - Nurture relationships with prospective clients through follow-ups, email outreach, and calls. - Manage the sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot or similar) and track progress toward goals. - Work collaboratively with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies. - Close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth handoff to the client services team. - Stay up to date on trends in digital fundraising and nonprofit marketing. Qualifications - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or nonprofit fundraising. - Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms (preferred). - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track sales activities. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Passion for nonprofit organizations and social impact.
