Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple web design and branding projects while also handling sales responsibilities. This hybrid role requires a balance of client management, project coordination, and sales closing (hot leads). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with designers, developers, and branding specialists. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management: - Engage with warm leads, conduct discovery calls, and close deals. - Develop strong client relationships and ensure seamless onboarding. - Conduct video calls and regular check-ins with clients to provide project updates. Project Coordination & Management: - Manage multiple web design and branding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our design team. - Assign and track tasks for contractors and designers while ensuring quality and brand alignment. - Communicate project timelines, expectations, and deliverables clearly. - Troubleshoot and resolve project roadblocks proactively. Collaboration & Reporting: - Work closely with designers, developers, and branding specialists to maintain workflow efficiency. - Provide regular progress reports to Leadership - Maintain and update project documentation, agreements, and invoices. Qualifications & Requirements - Proven experience in project management, preferably in web design, branding, or digital marketing. - Experience in sales, client relations, or business development with a track record of closing deals. - A strong understanding of web design platforms (Webflow, Wix) and branding concepts is preferable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Experience coordinating teams, freelancers, or contractors. - Comfortable conducting video calls and client presentations. - Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar). - Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented. Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience working with a creative agency or design firm. - Basic knowledge of tools like Slack, Clickup, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva. - Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.
