We are a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specializing in B2B marketing, demand generation, and CRM management. We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing strategist with strong HubSpot expertise to support 1-2 clients on an ongoing basis. Not full-time, but expect 20-30 hours a week (potential for more, depending on hourly rate or negotiated pricing). The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of lifecycle stages, customer journey mapping, lead nurturing, and full-funnel marketing strategies in the B2B space -- and MUST have strong HubSpot expertise (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub) with experience in automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting. Responsibilities: -- Act as client's primary point of contact -- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with client goals. -- Optimize customer lifecycle stages, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. -- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automation, lead nurturing campaigns, and CRM optimizations. -- Conduct customer journey mapping to improve engagement and conversion rates. -- Collaborate with content, paid media, and design teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns. -- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. -- Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B marketing trends, HubSpot features, and industry best practices. You should have: -- Deep knowledge of B2B customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. -- Experience working with mid-to-enterprise level B2B companies. -- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts accordingly. -- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. -- Prior experience working within an agency setting is a plus.
