We’re looking for a HubSpot Project Manager to join our team and ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. Role Overview As a HubSpot Project Manager, you’ll be clients' primary point of contact, leading weekly check-ins, managing projects, and ensuring HubSpot solutions align with their goals. This role requires strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills to keep implementations on track and clients satisfied. Key Responsibilities - Client Management – Lead weekly client meetings, provide updates and address requests. - HubSpot Implementation – Oversee platform setup, customization, and optimization. - Onboarding Support – Guide new clients through adoption and best practices. - Project Coordination – Track timelines and deliverables and collaborate with internal teams. - Integration Awareness – While deep expertise isn’t required, familiarity with HubSpot integrations is a plus. Qualifications - Proven experience with HubSpot (implementation, onboarding, and customization). - Strong project management skills, preferably in remote settings. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. - Ability to collaborate with a global team across time zones. - Familiarity with HubSpot integrations is a bonus but not required.
