About the Role: Our agency is seeking a Miami-based freelance Social Media Community Manager & Copywriter to support a boutique property developer that’s redefining luxury living. This boutique developer has over two decades of experience in the local real estate market, focusing on smaller, exclusive projects that integrate sustainability, eco-friendly materials, and lush green spaces. In this role, you will work closely with our internal team—designer, project manager, creative & strategy director, digital strategist, and web developer—to craft engaging social media and email content, and maintain an active, positive community presence online. The estimated workload is about 20 hours per month, and our current budget is $800 monthly. Most tasks can be handled remotely, but you should be open to meeting in person on occasion. Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Copy & Community Management • Write compelling copy for 12 Instagram posts per month. • Publish, monitor, and manage community interactions to foster a vibrant, welcoming environment. • Ensure consistent brand storytelling aligned with the developer’s boutique ethos and eco-conscious approach. - Email Marketing & Editorial • Produce 2 monthly editorial or lifestyle-focused emails. • Collaborate with our digital strategist for scheduling, deployment, and integration with marketing platforms. • Maintain brand identity and tone across all email communications. - Team Collaboration • Partner with our project manager, designer, creative & strategy director, digital strategist, and web developer to ensure timely, polished deliverables. • Provide regular updates on project milestones and proactively offer creative ideas to enhance content performance. Qualifications - Location: Based in or near Miami, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings. - Experience: Demonstrated success in social media copywriting, community management, and email marketing. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate, construction, architecture, or development is highly preferred. - Communication: Fluent/native-level English with strong writing and editing skills. - Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive communicator, and a collaborative team player.
