Responsibilities: * Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic content plan to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. * Shooting & Editing: Capture high-quality videos and photos, edit them professionally, and optimize them for different platforms. * Posting & Scheduling: Manage daily posts across all social media channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. * Engagement & Community Building: Respond to comments and messages, engage with followers, and foster a strong online community. * Growth & Analytics: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and refine strategies to maximize audience growth. * Brand Development: Provide guidance on structuring brand visibility, ensuring alignment with industry trends and target audience preferences. Qualifications: * Proven experience in growing social media accounts, preferably in the fitness, health, or wellness industry. * Strong video shooting and editing skills (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.). * Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies. * Experience in content strategy, branding, and audience growth. * Passion for fitness and the ability to create relevant, high-quality content that aligns with my brand. * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new trends.
