We’re looking for a Website Data Analytics & Optimization Specialist to join our team and help us enhance website performance through data-driven insights. About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and configuring analytics tracking across various websites, analyzing user behavior, and identifying opportunities to optimize conversions and engagement. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure data accuracy, provide actionable insights, and recommend strategies to improve website performance for both our clients and our own digital properties. Key Responsibilities Set up and configure tracking tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and other relevant analytics platforms. Implement and manage event tracking, goals, and conversion tracking across websites. Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and heatmaps to identify website performance bottlenecks. Provide reports and insights with actionable recommendations to improve website engagement and conversions. Collaborate with our web design and development team to implement optimizations. Continuously test and refine strategies to improve website user experience and ROI. What We're Looking For Proven experience in website analytics, tracking, and optimization. Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and other analytics tools. Ability to set up and analyze event tracking, conversion funnels, and user behavior data. Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices. Experience with Webflow is a plus but not required. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
