eCommerce Growth Specialist (Shopify) – Conversion Optimization & Marketing Location: Remote Job Type: Contract/Freelance About Us Jorovi is a growing skincare brand dedicated to providing high-quality, cruelty-free, and dermatologist-approved products. We’re looking for a data-driven eCommerce expert who can help optimize our Shopify store, improve conversions, and scale our marketing efforts. Role Overview We are seeking a results-oriented specialist with expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital marketing, UX/UI design, copywriting, email marketing, and data analysis to help improve our store’s performance. If you have a deep understanding of Shopify, eCommerce growth strategies, and paid advertising, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities:     •    Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify and fix website bottlenecks, improve product pages, and A/B test different elements to boost sales.     •    User Experience (UX/UI): Optimize website layout, mobile responsiveness, and checkout experience for a seamless shopping journey.     •    Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns to attract high-converting traffic.     •    Copywriting & Messaging: Write persuasive product descriptions, landing pages, and ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.     •    Email & SMS Marketing: Implement abandoned cart sequences, retention strategies, and promotional campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.     •    Data Analysis: Use Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and heatmaps to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.     •    Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a marketing roadmap that aligns with our business goals and increases brand awareness. Requirements:     •    Proven experience in Shopify optimization, eCommerce marketing, and CRO.     •    Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.     •    Expertise in A/B testing, data analytics, and conversion tracking.     •    Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify apps, and customer retention strategies.     •    Ability to analyze customer behavior and implement solutions that drive sales growth.     •    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with our team. Preferred Qualifications:     •    Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.     •    Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and automation tools.
