Key Responsibilities Influencer & Ambassador Growth: Identify, build relationships, and collaborate with influencers and ambassadors to amplify brand visibility and create compelling campaigns. Community Interaction: Actively respond to followers via comments, DMs, and platforms like Minichat, nurturing genuine engagement and encouraging user-generated content. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging Stories, Reels, and posts highlighting influencers and community experiences. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize engagement strategies. Qualifications 2-3+ years’ experience in social media or community engagement Strong experience managing influencer and ambassador programs Effective communicator with familiarity in Instagram analytics and community management tools
