About the Project: We are looking for a skilled Newsletter Designer to recreate three email templates in EveryAction after a recent transition from Powerbase. The client was satisfied with the original designs, so the main task is faithful replication, but we also welcome fresh design suggestions to enhance effectiveness and visual appeal. This role is ideal for someone experienced in email design, CRM transitions, and nonprofit communications, who can balance consistency with creativity. Scope of Work: ✅ Recreate Three Email Templates in EveryAction Monthly Newsletter – https://njeja.ourpowerbase.net/civicrm/mailing/view?id=363&reset=1 Policy Spotlight – https://njeja.ourpowerbase.net/civicrm/mailing/view?id=365&reset=1 One-off Announcement – https://njeja.ourpowerbase.net/civicrm/mailing/view?id=360&reset=1 Propose subtle improvements (e.g., alternating background colors by section, layout refinements, readability optimizations). Ensure templates are mobile-friendly, visually appealing, and effective in communicating the message. ✅ Final Delivery Ensure all templates are properly set up and tested in EveryAction. Provide a brief walkthrough or documentation on how to use/update them. Ideal Candidate: ✔ Experience in email design & CRM platforms (EveryAction experience preferred). ✔ Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting. ✔ Familiarity with nonprofit or advocacy-based communications. ✔ Ability to balance replication with thoughtful design improvements. ✔ Detail-oriented and able to test for compatibility across devices and email clients.
