Executive Marketing Assistant for busy Real Estate Broker

Virtual Assistant Job Description I am looking for a virtual assistant for 20 to 30 hours a week to help with Content Marketing, outbound emailing, appointment setting and social media management and running paid per click ads on Google, Facebook and etc, video editing and graphic design (canva). Experience in the real estate, mortgage and home services industry is a plus. Also being able to use a crm such as High Level would be a big bonus. I am a busy real estate and mortgage broker (20 years experience) that is looking for help on the above with my real estate/mortgage business and also need help with implementing a new home services directory where we will be marketing to local contractors in my market and about joining our directory. This position will be roughly 50% for my real estate/mortgage business and 50% on the new home services directory. There will be some overlap between the businesses as a lot of the marketing materials from my real estate/mortgage business can be used on the directory as well. I am looking for help on the following: Real Estate/Mortgage: -Management and optimization of Ads. I have experience creating and running PPC ads in the past with success but need help with the management side and optimization. I know what and how to market to consumers to address pain points but need help with getting systems in place for follow up and etc. -Social Media Posting/Management. With always being busy I never had time to stay consistent with Social Media. I would like to implement a platform such as www.contentstudio.io to help plan and manage this. -CRM: I would like to utilize a CRM that will manage leads for my real estate and mortgage business. I would need help setting this up but would like to use High Level or Follow up Boss. Also would like to send out monthly newsletters to past clients. -Video Creation and editing. I would also like to create short form videos for advertising. I am able to come up with scripting and etc but would want help with editing and the posting. Home Services Directory: -The website and all marketing collateral for this business is completed I just need help with the following when I am ready to officially launch this. -With this new business I would need help with Outbound marketing via email and text messaging. Would like to use Instantly.ai or high level or follow up boss. I have a database of leads with contact info of who I want to target. When potential customers have interest in joining our platform would like you to complete the onboarding process and help them get set up. I also will be involved in doing sales for this business but needing someone to stay consistent with follow up on a daily basis. -With this directory we also run daily Facebook and Google PPC ads for the business on the platform. Would need help on the creation, management and opitimaztion of this. -Social Media Management. We can use the same management platform as I mentioned in my real estate business (contentstudio.io) under a different account but need help managing the social media business page for this new directory (facebook business page is created and running) but also want to add instagram, tik tok, google my business and etc. -In the near future after this platform gets going we will also offer web design services for contractors as an add on service…I would like to use High Level for this by getting a white label agency account. Overall I can and will provide marketing guidance, collateral and strategy but I am looking for more of a “partner” with these two businesses of mine as opposed to just a virtual assistant. My ideal hire would be someone who has experience in all areas that I mentioned above but also takes an ownership within the businesses and help me create a solid game plan with procedures and etc. I am open to spending money on whatever platforms to help make things as efficient as possible. My biggest obstacle is that I always am too busy to devote the necessary time implement everything I have mentioned above so its time to hire a dedicated person for this role. I am looking for this to be an ongoing and permanent position so please only apply if you are looking for something like this. I am not interested in being subtracted to an overseas virtual assistant as I could contact a company directly for that. I am looking for someone directly to work with on this, not a va fullfillment.
