We are a dynamic digital agency seeking an experienced Amazon Growth & Operations Director to join our team as an ongoing contractor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Amazon store management, PPC strategy, and full-funnel e-commerce growth, enabling us to scale our clients' sales across multiple global Amazon marketplaces. Your role will involve end-to-end management, including store setup, inventory oversight, marketing execution, and customer service optimization to maximize growth and efficiency. If you have a proven track record of scaling brands on Amazon, deep expertise in PPC strategy, and a data-driven approach to increasing visibility and conversions, we want to hear from you! Relevant Skills: - Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and global store setup (US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Mexico) - Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising, including keyword strategy, bid management, and campaign optimization - Experience with inventory management and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstocking - Proven ability to scale sales through internal Amazon marketing programs (e.g., DSP, Lightning Deals, Coupons, Brand Store enhancements) - Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, organic ranking strategies, and listing optimization - Ability to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop actionable growth strategies - Experience in front-line customer service management to ensure brand reputation and customer satisfaction - Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate cross-functionally and present growth strategies This role is critical in expanding our clients' Amazon presence beyond our current success in the US. We are particularly interested in your approach to growing sales within Amazon, as most of our clients' revenue is currently driven by external DTC marketing efforts. While that has worked well, we are looking for a specialist who can unlock Amazon’s full potential through internal strategies, PPC optimization, and brand awareness initiatives.
