About the Offer You’ll Help Promote: 21-Night RV Adventure Access Pass, valid at 11 premium RV resort locations. Affiliate/influencers keep 100% of the sale price (capped at $500). Customer requirement: Must own an RV and take a resort tour (we manage this part). Goal: Drive qualified RV owner leads who are required to tour — these are critical to our membership sales funnel. What We Need You to Do (Scope of Work): 1. Affiliate Program Setup & Strategy: Recommend and set up an affiliate management platform (Refersion, LeadDyno, GoAffPro, Tapfiliate, or other). Build a fully functional affiliate dashboard with unique links/codes and tracking. Help draft terms, pricing guidelines, and simple program rules. 2. Onboarding and Affiliate Process Design: Create an affiliate sign-up flow (application form, welcome email templates). Develop onboarding materials (basic "how to sell" guides, program overview). Advise on influencer/affiliate outreach strategy (optional: hands-on recruitment if you offer that). 3. Marketing and Promotional Assets (Advisory Role): Help outline what marketing assets affiliates will need (images, example social posts, suggested copy). (Optional) Assist in creating those assets if you have that skill set. 4. Program Launch Plan: Advise on a 90-day launch plan to go from concept to active program. Help us outline performance expectations and key metrics. Skills & Experience We're Looking For: Proven experience setting up affiliate and influencer programs, ideally for membership, subscription, or travel-related businesses. Strong understanding of affiliate platform tools and how to manage affiliate sales pipelines. Ability to document simple and clear processes for affiliates and for us internally. Bonus: Experience with RV, travel, outdoor lifestyle industries (not required but a plus). Deliverables: Fully operational affiliate program setup on a recommended platform. Written terms and guidelines for affiliates. Onboarding flow and communication templates. Recommendations for first influencer recruitment and launch strategy. Timeline: We would like to launch with a small group of influencers within 30–45 days of hire.
