We're currently seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our cold email outreach campaigns. Job Overview As a Virtual Assistant specializing in cold email outreach, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns that generate leads and opportunities for our business. This is a remote position with flexible hours. Responsibilities Research and build targeted prospect lists using various tools and databases Craft personalized cold email templates that resonate with specific audience segments Manage email outreach campaigns including scheduling, sending, and tracking Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports Handle responses and follow-ups with prospects Maintain our CRM database with accurate prospect information Assist with troubleshooting deliverability issues Collaborate with our team to refine outreach strategies Requirements Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail Experience with email outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Reply.io, Mailshake, etc.) Basic understanding of email deliverability best practices Proficient in research and data organization Self-motivated with ability to work independently Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup Experience with CRM systems (preferred) Basic understanding of sales processes (preferred) Hours and Compensation Part-time position: 10-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling Compensation: $10 per hour Performance bonuses available based on campaign results Industry Technology, Information and Internet Employment Type Contract
