About the Role As our Customer Success Manager (CSM), you are the backbone of the agency and the primary point of contact for our clients. Your role is to deliver an outstanding client experience, ensure smooth project execution, and drive long-term client retention. You will oversee client onboarding, track key performance metrics (KPIs), and coordinate between teams to guarantee client success. Your #1 KPI: Client retention for a minimum of 3 months Responsibilities Client Success & Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Maintain a proactive communication approach with clients, providing daily updates via Slack. Act as a client advocate, ensuring deliverables are met and client satisfaction remains high. Manage weekly client syncs, setting clear expectations and keeping clients informed of progress. Handle client concerns with professionalism, optimism, and solution-oriented thinking. Onboarding & Project Management Lead client onboarding calls, ensuring a professional and structured first impression. Guide clients through onboarding steps, ensuring they are fully set up within 48 hours. Track all client progress in Trello, ensuring smooth execution across different teams. Ensure store access, assets, and team logins are properly set up. KPI Tracking & Accountability Monitor key deliverables, such as: Content uploads (daily/weekly quotas) Affiliate approvals & influencer engagement Advertising and sales performance Hold internal teams accountable for hitting deadlines and KPIs. Identify roadblocks and troubleshoot any delays in execution. Team Coordination & Communication Assign tasks to different departments via Slack and follow up on completion. Ensure that all team members are updated on new clients, project changes, and progress. Oversee weekly reporting templates for client meetings. Work closely with creators, media buyers, and backend teams to keep workflows moving. Requirements ✅ 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management (preferably in e-commerce or marketing). ✅ Strong understanding of Shopify, TikTok Shop, and digital marketing processes. ✅ Experience using Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace. ✅ Proven track record of client retention and success management. ✅ Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams. ✅ Comfortable handling client interactions via Slack, Zoom, and email. ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenges.
