Here's the deets: As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be at the heart of our content production, transforming ideas into compelling stories that speak to our clients' target audiences. This will include doing work for our brand, and our clients' brands. Working closely with our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with our clients' branding and marketing goals. This role requires high creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Salary and hours are flexible based on experience and our workload - this could be a full-time position. Social Media Strategy & Calendar Planning: Develop a comprehensive social media calendar that outlines all planned posts, campaigns, and content releases. Ensure the calendar aligns with marketing strategies and content pillars provided by the company. This could include Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Posts, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts Content Creation & Sourcing: Generate engaging content ideas and produce high-quality content, including reels with captions, overlay images, and videos, as well as static image posts. Creativity in sourcing and repurposing content to fit our clients' brand voice and objectives is crucial. Editing & Post Production: Edit client videos into captivating reels, ensuring each piece of content is polished, on-brand, and tailored to the platform it's being shared on. Proficiency in video and image editing software is required. Content Posting & Management: Take charge of posting content across various social media platforms. Monitor engagement and interact with the audience to foster a community around our clients' brands. Marketing Strategy Support: While creating marketing strategies is not a primary responsibility, the ability to contribute to or advise on strategy development is highly valued. Flexibility and initiative in content creation during the strategy development phase are essential. Quality Control & Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user engagement across all platforms.
