My client has adopted Zoho CRM as their platform for managing relationships with professionals who direct business our way. (We will eventually be moving the entire business onto Zoho's suite.) I am an automations and data management expert. My job is to get leads, contacts, and other info into Zoho. But I'm not a Zoho expert. We're looking for someone who can help the company customize and adapt Zoho for their marketing and outreach needs, and who can set things up so that Zoho helps their employees be as successful as possible managing their outreach. The first task is to use Zoho to facilitate building and maintaining a network of professionals who refer their clients to us. We want to gather leads, work through a lead funnel, close the deal with a formal relationship, and then stay in touch with regular calls, emails, postcards, holiday gifts, schwag, etc. Part of the program is getting the referrals started, but a bigger part of the program is staying top of mind and keeping the referrals flowing. In your reply, please provide examples of how you have helped at least two small businesses (10-50 employees) build much more solid relationships with professionals in their ecosystem. If you have also helped companies adopt Zoho more broadly, please include some case studies. We will make a decision on a partner in the next 1-2 weeks. We will be conducting video interviews and reviewing proposals from several candidates before choosing a partner. There will almost certainly be follow-on projects, but there is an immediate need to get this project working quickly.
