This buildout will need to efficiently manage deals, tasks, and opportunities while integrating features such as lead scoring, property analytics, automated task assignments, and MLS data pulling. Project Scope & Requirements: The HubSpot CRM customization should include: 1. Dashboard & Deal Management Organize deals into Actions, Opportunities, Groups, Campaigns, and Sequences. Each deal should include: Lead score & activity tracking (e.g., last touch, number of touches, inbound/outbound calls). Offer tracking (e.g., offer amount, status, contract milestones). Property information integration (address, square footage, valuation tools). Communication logs (emails, calls, text messages) within the deal page. 2. Automated Action-Based Workflow Custom action tracking per deal, including: Call new lead Follow up with seller Complete due diligence Schedule seller appointment Record verbal offer Send contract Place in follow-up sequence Assign to realtor Mark as dead lead Each action should allow for assignment, due dates, instructions, and automatic next steps. Ensure a structured accountability system that automatically prompts the next best action. 3. MLS & AI Data Integration Automatically pull property details from the MLS or use AI-driven data retrieval. Quick links to Zillow and other valuation tools. 4. Communication & Logging Enhancements Seamless email, SMS, and call integration within HubSpot. Improved activity and communication logs to avoid clutter and increase usability.
