We are a company that owns and operates two fashion brands within the Shopify ecosystem. We use Shopify Emails and Yotpo Emails for our transactional, promotional, and customer engagement emails. We are looking for a freelance email specialist who can audit, redesign, and fully recreate our email templates as needed. We need someone who can both advise and execute. Scope of Work: Shopify Transactional Emails (Redesign & UI Improvements) Order Confirmation Shipping Confirmation Delivery Confirmation If improvements require a rebuild, this person will be responsible for creating new templates from scratch. Shopify Customer Engagement Emails (Optimization & Rebuild) Abandoned Product Browse Abandoned Cart Abandoned Checkout Any additional email flows you recommend for improved conversions You’ll have full creative control to enhance these emails, ensuring they align with best practices and our brand aesthetic. Yotpo Promotional Emails (Revamp & Execution) Audit existing promotional emails Improve design, copy, and engagement strategy Implement new email templates if necessary Welcome Email Series (Creation & Implementation) Fully design and launch a new Welcome Email Series for subscribers and first-time customers Ideal Candidate Should Have: Strong experience with Shopify Emails & Yotpo Emails Email design skills (UI-focused, visually engaging, on-brand execution) Hands-on experience with email automation and flows A data-driven approach to email strategy and optimization Ability to audit, recommend, and fully rebuild emails from scratch
