Our goal is to drive user growth through paid acquisition using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search campaigns. The ideal candidate has proven experience in mobile app marketing and content creation. They also have the knowledge to acquire and retain users while recommending new tools and strategies to optimize our marketing efforts. Create, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search to drive app installs and engagement. 2. Develop content strategies (or hire/manage freelancers) to create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials. 3. Analyze campaign performance and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI. 4. Recommend and help integrate marketing technology solutions (e.g., tracking, attribution, automation) with our engineering team. 5. Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user retention. 6. Identify growth hacking strategies to build our user base. **Budget & Resources** 1. Flexible ad spend budget: Expected range is $5,000 – $10,000 per month, split between Meta, Google, and other potential channels depending on your recommendations. 2. Ability to hire/manage content creators as needed for ad creatives. **Requirements** 1. Proven experience in mobile app marketing and paid acquisition. 2. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search & Display). 3. Strong understanding of user acquisition, ASO (App Store Optimization), and retention strategies. 4. Ability to create, source, or manage content for marketing campaigns. 5. Experience working with tracking tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch). 6. Knowledge of growth hacking techniques for mobile apps. 7. Ability to recommend and implement marketing automation tools. 8.
