Project Overview We're seeking a specialized HubSpot consultant to optimize our Marketing Hub Professional and Service Hub Professional implementation with a focus on advanced integrations. This role requires expertise in HubSpot workflow automation, creating comprehensive reporting, and consulting us with best practice ideas to optimize our usage in HubSpot with maximum automation. We believe implementing AI Agents is necessary for future efficiency. You'll work directly with our HubSpot product owner and Sales Manager to create a more efficient, data-driven system. Our Current Environment Marketing Hub Professional with approximately 5,000 marketing contacts Service Hub Professional with 5 users Need for DocuSign integration for streamlined document workflows Opportunity to implement N8N AI agents for automated processes Key Responsibilities Implement and configure seamless DocuSign integration with HubSpot for contract management Develop N8N AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data flow within HubSpot Create advanced reporting systems that provide actionable insights across marketing and service operations Optimize workflows between systems to eliminate manual data entry and process gaps Work directly with our HubSpot product owner to align implementations with strategic objectives Collaborate with Sales Manager to ensure integrations support the sales process Design custom dashboards that pull data from multiple connected systems Document all integrations and provide knowledge transfer to our internal team Required Skills & Experience Deep expertise with HubSpot Marketing and Service Hub Professional PROVEN experience with insightful reporting is a MUST - ability to create meaningful, business-impacting reports and dashboards Experience developing and deploying N8N workflows, particularly AI-enabled automation Understanding of API connections and data mapping between systems Experience with webhook configurations and custom code implementations when needed Ideal Candidate Profile Technical integration specialist with strategic business understanding Problem-solver who can identify automation opportunities across systems Experience with AI-powered workflow automation and document processing Detail-oriented professional who ensures data integrity across integrated platforms Excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Please include detailed examples of similar HubSpot optimization projects, highlighting your experience with: Creating advanced, insightful HubSpot reporting solutions that drove business decisions Implementing automation workflows that improved efficiency Developing AI-powered solutions Providing strategic consultation on HubSpot best practices We're looking for a consultant who can not just execute technical tasks, but also bring innovative ideas to help us maximize our HubSpot investment through smart automation and data-driven processes.
