As the Marketing Project Manager, you’ll work as a subcontractor, collaborating closely with the CEO to bring their marketing vision to life. Using Monday.com and other tools, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of various marketing initiatives. This role is designed to streamline processes, allowing the CEO to focus on the big picture while you manage the day-to-day execution and team collaboration. 12-20 hours per week with opportunity to grow Key Responsibilities: *Project Management & Team Coordination: Use Monday.com to manage workflows, create timelines, assign tasks, and track progress. Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and communication between the CEO and the marketing team. Ensure projects are delivered on time and align with the CEO’s vision. Email Campaigns: Oversee planning and execution of email campaigns Provide drafts for CEO review and approval before scheduling. Big Product Launch Strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute product launch campaigns. Use Monday.com to manage timelines and deliverables. * Social Media Planning: Work with the team to ensure they have created and implemented social media strategies. Oversee content calendars and scheduling to ensure timely execution. Swag and Custom Merchandise: Manage swag-related projects Ensure the graphics are completed by the graphic designer and adhere to the company guidelines. Liability / Thank You Cards: Coordinate with the appropriate individual to produce cards through VistaPrint and ensure quality control. *Event Marketing: Work with the appropriate individuals to develop marketing strategies and materials for events. Coordinate with vendors for event signage and promotional materials. Approval Workflow: Draft materials and campaigns for the CEO’s initial review. Finalize deliverables based on CEO feedback, ensuring minimal day-to-day involvement from the CEO (first and last 10% only)
