Description: We are seeking a skilled Google Ads manager to create, optimize, and manage targeted B2B campaigns for our environmental consulting company. Our primary focus is on driving service requests for radon, asbestos, and fire-related services across offices in Florida and California. Responsibilities: • Design and execute targeted campaigns tailored to specific services and regions. o Examples: "Radon compliance for schools," "Radon testing for property managers," and “asbestos services in California”. • Optimize ad performance to maximize high-quality leads while ensuring cost-effective results. • Regularly review and test new keywords and adjust bids to ensure ads reach the right audience cost effectively. • Provide ongoing performance reports and recommendations, highlighting key metrics such as lead volume, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates. • Collaborate with us to adjust campaigns based on evolving goals or services. Key Goals: • Focus on direct high-quality lead generation. • Drive traffic to our existing service pages and “Contact Us” page for conversions. Expectations: • Monthly updates initially, with potential for quarterly optimizations after the first quarter. • Recommend improvements to our existing Google Ads account, which is currently basic and underperforming. Preferred Experience: • Proven track record with Google Ads campaigns for B2B services. • Expertise in targeting niche industries or environmental services is a plus. • Strong understanding of metrics such as CTR, CPC, and cost per lead, with the ability to suggest and implement strategies to optimize performance (e.g., A/B testing, targeting adjustments).
