A rapidly growing performance marketing agency is looking for a PPC- Paid Social freelancer to handle ongoing projects for existing and new accounts at the agency. Must be fully experienced with advanced Paid social campaigns with substantial experience as a freelance or at a large agency. This is a fully remote position offered to freelance professionals only. The ideal candidate lives and breaths Paid Social and is fully experienced and understands: -Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Linkedin - Strategize, develop and execute deep, sophisticated and performance-driven ecom and B2B lead-generation paid campaigns - Work with account managers to receive and execute briefs and participate in brainstorming/briefing sessions - Full proficiency in competitive analysis, gaps & opportunities and performance analysis - Deep understanding and experience with migrating and implementing new iOS14 policies and how to change existing strategies to properly accommodate this shift - Experience in pure-performance campaigns (ecommerce/lead gen) and understanding how each action impacts the bottom line - Conversion pixel implementation and troubleshooting YOU’D BE IN A POSITION OF ADVANTAGE IF YOU’RE EXPERIENCED WITH: - Paid Social Tools - Native Advertising - Advanced attribution models - Conversion Rate Optimization and advanced funnels - Programmatic advertising - HubSpot - AdScale/ClickCease - ClickUp/Slack
