Our company, Awaysis, is a vacation rental management firm based out of Tampa, FL. Our rentals are primarily in the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg area with some additional rentals spread throughout the US. We're full-coverage, scaling fast, and in need of someone with a background in marketing/advertising in the hospitality industry (even better if there's a background in hotels/short-term rentals). The role of marketing analyst is going to be one where a lot of the initiative lies with you, but at a high-level we need someone who can: - Develop a concise, bespoke marketing "package" for each rental (can be template based with adjustments) - Create original content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (not all the same) - Very consistently and frequently post original content - Help analyze, segment, and target markets for advertisements on social media (Meta & LinkedIn) - Research and optimize Google Ads - Drive more traffic towards our website (both potential owners/clients and guests looking to book) - Set and achieve mutually agreeable goals (will include bonuses) - Draft 1 to 2 250-500 word blog posts/month - Engage with users on social media, especially in an effort to drive new leads - Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales to source and land new clients - Utilize our CRM system and in-house marketing to put out targeted advertisements, BOTH digital and print - Produce and analyze surveys for guests and owners We're especially interested in someone who's willing to work a lot, has flexibility regarding hours, and has a background in growing a brand for a startup. Big bonus if someone is open to a longer term role. Comp depends on experience. We also offer incentive based bonuses, and full-time hires are eligible for equity/options.
