Social Media Virtual Assistant


Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Virtual Assistant to support our content scheduling and workflow for multiple channels. This is a behind-the-scenes role perfect for someone who is organized, consistent, and familiar with social media management tools. Responsibilities: - Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok using our content calendar (Airtable + Emplifi) - Input and format pre-written copy into already-designed Canva posts - Organize and maintain the social media content calendar - Track post status (draft, scheduled, live) and tag appropriate team members - Assist with basic community management (optional, not required) - Communicate regularly with the social media manager for alignment Requirements: - Experience with Canva (you won’t design from scratch, but should be confident working within existing templates) - Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Emplifi is a plus, but not required) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Clear written communication and ability to follow structured workflows - Proactive, reliable, and responsive to team messages Bonus (but not required): - Experience with Airtable - Familiarity with video publishing workflows (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) - Knowledge of real estate, personal finance, or content marketing Time Commitment: 8–12 hours/week to start, with potential to grow.
