What You’ll Do Reddit Responsibilities: -Create and manage a branded sub-Reddit account -Start authentic conversations, post content, comment, and engage regularly without being overly promotional. -Build relationships with subreddit moderators and communities. -Help shape and execute a Reddit content strategy aligned with brand goals. -Monitor Reddit activity, track engagement, and adjust tactics based on performance. -Understand and use paid Reddit ads to assist in community growth. (There is a budget) Social Media Management: -Identify relevant platforms and assist with content planning and posting -Repurpose Reddit insights and trends into social media content ideas. -Maintain a consistent voice and tone across platforms. -Collaborate with our team to align messaging and promotions. About You: -Proven experience building or managing Reddit communities for brands or as a moderator. -Comfortable navigating Reddit’s unique culture, rules, and expectations. -Strategic thinker who can also execute daily tasks. -Strong copywriting and communication skills. -Bonus: experience with other social platforms -Bonus: familiarity with online casinos, and more specifically, online slots, a plus
