We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our Ecommerce brand specializing in skincare and beauty products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling visual and written content, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and an interest in beauty and skincare trends. You should be comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on content production. What We're Looking For: Creative Content Development: Ability to conceptualize and produce engaging visual and video content suitable for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Influencer Outreach: Experience in identifying, reaching out to, and negotiating with influencers to build valuable brand partnerships. Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media channels, including posting content, engaging with followers, and growing online communities. Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable analyzing social media metrics to inform content strategy and influencer marketing efforts. Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile equivalents), and basic graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop. Proactive and Independent: You are self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage your tasks independently. Interest in Skincare & Beauty: Prior experience or genuine interest in the beauty/skincare industry is strongly preferred. Goals: Elevate our brand’s presence and aesthetic across social media platforms. Expand and actively engage our online community. Increase brand visibility through strategic influencer collaborations. Continuously track and optimize our social media strategy based on analytics and industry trends.
