Social Media Manager (Follower Removal)

I need help with cleaning up an instagram account, specifically removing all bot/fake/low quality followers. My understanding is this needs to be done manually. The account has approximately 60k followers, and I would estimate that some 30% need to be removed. I think this will need to be done in batches, however if there is a software solution you might recommend, open to that (IF it will 100% not cause issues with the account. Alternatively, need someone to do it daily up to IG's limits The major issue is that I cant cause any problems with IG - no blocks, no freezes, or anything that might compromise the account.
